Connect one AI tool, confirm its workspace context, and create visible work.

This path is for people who want Claude, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, or another MCP client to work from shared OrgX context. If you are integrating an application, use the API quickstart.

1. Connect a tool

Evaluating OrgX before installing anything locally? Start with the Pick up where you left off walkthrough. It does not install the wizard, plugins, or session hooks.

The setup wizard detects supported clients, opens browser authorization, and adds the OrgX MCP server.

Choose one client first. You can add more after the first connection works.

2. Confirm the workspace

In the connected client, call orgx_bootstrap:

The result identifies the connected workspace and recommends a next action. This confirms authentication, workspace selection, and tool discovery together.

3. Create one initiative

Ask the client to create a small, reviewable initiative, or call scaffold_initiative directly:

OrgX creates the initiative and starter work structure. Open the returned URL in Mission Control to review the plan, ownership, and approval boundaries.

4. Continue from the visible result

Use the initiative page as the point of return. From there you can add work, review decisions, inspect artifacts, and follow receipts without memorizing the full OrgX model up front.
